The prices are per room or apartment per day. The local tax is € 4,00 per day from the age of 15.
Each additional person in the apartment costs € 35,- per day. The final cleaning in the apartment is € 150,-.

Cancellation policy summer:

Up to 31 days before arrival free of charge
From 30 to 15 days before arrival 50% of the total price
From 14 to 4 days before arrival 90% of the total price
From 3 days before arrival 95% of the total price

Cancellation policy winter:

Up to 91 days before arrival free of charge
From 90 to 31 days before arrival 50% of the total price
From 30 to 8 days before arrival 90% of the total price
From 7 days before arrival 95% of the total price

The double rooms with sofa bed offer on 28 m² enough space to dream and live for 3 people. The rooms consist of a modern box-spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, an exclusively equipped bathroom with shower/WC, wardrobe in the entrance area, seating and balcony with more views of Sölden's 3,000 meters.
