The two-story apartment in the existing building has 5 double rooms (each with a bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a balcony), a spacious and cozy common room with a tiled stove, a kitchen and a large sun terrace with various seating possibilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Also included: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, a hair dryer and a make-up mirror in all bathrooms.
